Among them, the C content of Gr26 plate  hammer can reach 26%of the standard according to 

national standards  and standard grades. Adding other rare metals such as Si, Mn, Cr, Mo, Ni, Cu, etc. 

greatly increases the wear resistance. According to national  standards, waste materials can be added

 for casting in casting production, but the addition of waste materials can only be controlled at 50%, 

and the  rest should be added to the clinker according to the standard. If all waste materials are added, 

harmful metals such as S and P in the waste  materials will be brought into the castings, affecting the 

performance of the castings and reducing the service life. Compared with similar products, the service 

life of Ci26 plate hammer is 1-2 times that of ordinary Cr20. The  Cr26 plate hammer has the advantages

of high safety, strong wear  resistance and high cost performance, and is an ideal choice for impact  crushers.
